- In a pan add oil , shahi jeera , clove , cinamon,cinamon,bayleaf,pepper,until it releases flavors then add chopped onion , g + gpaste ,saute until raw smell gone then add cumin coriander powder , sliced almonds,cashew,raisins then add rice mix it well then add 1 1/2cup water and remaining 1/2cup milk cook till rice done...garnish with corianderleaves...
